Rajee Dakini
Plan Manager
Rajee holds a Master of Accounting from Macquarie University and is a Certified Practicing Accountant. She brings a wealth of experience from corporate Sydney, the remote Kimberley region of Western Australia, regional NSW and the Northern Territory. She works comfortably in community, NGO, Government, commercial and cross-cultural settings and has lived and worked in urban, regional, remote and very remote locations across Australia. She is skilled in providing financial management and consulting services in community settings. She is an excellent intermediary between clients, providers and the NDIA and will guide you through the scheme’s pricing arrangements and price lists to achieve your NDIS goals and support collaboration between you and your stakeholders. She is committed to supporting self-determination and self-empowerment and loves that this role gives her the opportunity to work with Darwin’s diverse and multi-cultural population. Adek Baunach
Plan Manager
Adek completed a Bachelor of Accounting in 2010 and worked as a Certified Accountant in Bali with a multinational accounting firm for 5 years before moving to Australia in 2015. In Australia, pursuing her love for coastal towns and along with her partner who loves fishing and surfing, she furthered her accounting experience in the tourism, education, health and disability sectors in the Tiwi Islands, Fraser Island, Wadeye and Darwin before becoming a part of Living Right. Working in the disability sector makes Adek feel close to home as her parents managed a foundation for children with special needs in their home, many of whom Adek grew up with in Bali. She feels that being a NDIS plan manager is a perfect opportunity to use her accounting skills and continue her family legacy. Adek will help you manage your plan budget and work with you to find personalised solutions to problems or challenges. Adek speaks English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Samantha Jongue
Plan Manager
Samantha completed a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping, qualification she earned while she was working in two jobs and caring for her twin sons. To say Samantha is a dedicated person is an understatement. Samantha has keen attention to detail and high levels of systems proficiency that enables her to analyse and provide quick, accurate, and helpful information to clients and stakeholders. She also comes with 15 years’ administration and customer service experience from both Taiwan and Australia. Her approach with clients and stakeholders is positive and friendly. Samantha enjoys that her role enables her to use her skills to help people and communities. Samantha is a Plan Manager and additionally oversees provider payments, accounts reconciliations, compliance matters, systems upgrades, and supports a team of Accounts Officers. Samantha speaks English and Mandarin.
Chris Vouthivong
Assistant Plan Manager
Chris grew up in Sydney and came to Darwin for a holiday 18 years ago. Shortly after, he decided to leave ‘the big smoke’ and embraced the tropical Darwin lifestyle. Chris has an Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management with over 15 years’ experience working in restaurants and hotels in Sydney and Darwin. He has also been involved in sports coaching and administration and has been recognised with multiple awards in both sectors. Chris is currently studying a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping. Chris comes with excellent communications, customer service and organisational skills and is great at supporting participants with understanding their NDIS plan. Chris has a knack for explaining financial information in simple and easy to understand language and enjoys empowering people with disability to manage the financial aspects of their plan. Chris speaks English and Lao.
Alzaira Eyog
Assistant Plan Manager
Alzaira holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree and was a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines. Before moving to Australia, she spent over six years in the corporate sector, starting as a Financial Accountant and progressing to a Corporate Finance Manager in a multinational company. Alzaira has developed strong skills in financial management, reporting, analysis, and strategic planning. Raised in a conservative family, her values are shaped by respect, humility, and a strong work ethic which are guiding forces in her personal and professional life. Alzaira is passionate about helping others. She finds deep fulfillment in her role as Assistant Plan Manager as it creates meaningful and positive change for NDIS participants. Alzaira takes pride in contributing to a cause that promotes inclusivity, supports independence, and empowers individuals to reach their potential. Alzaira speaks English and Filipino.
Suzie Coulston
Referrals Manager
Suzie has a post-graduate Science Degree and has worked as a youth worker, CEO for a Native Title Prescribed Body Corporate, and in Community and Economic Development roles for local and state government. Suzie, her husband and two kids lived in Mutitjulu for two years when she worked with National Parks. As a semi-retiree, Suzie now lives between Kyogle in Northern NSW and Cairns, QLD and visits Darwin regularly for work and pleasure. She loves travelling and exploring this amazing country from the rainforest to the desert and the snow to the oceans. For Suzie, it’s all about the people you meet, the new plants and animals you encounter, the country you travel through and the stories you hear. Suzie is a great communicator and enjoys working with NDIS Participants to get them through the onboarding process. She really enjoys introducing Living Right to new participants and hearing them say thank you for explaining what you do as Plan Managers and for helping us pay the bills. Sandhya Khanal
Senior Accounts Officer
Sandhya completed her Master of Accounting in Melbourne and relocated to Darwin to explore new opportunities and to grow professionally. Sandhya feels incredibly fulfilled when applying her accounting knowledge and experience in the disability sector and giving back to her community. Sandhya supports with complex invoice processing, participant and provider enquiries; updating participants’ plans and helping participants with monitoring their plan budgets. Sandhya has great listening skills and is very considered and thorough in her approach to all enquiries. Originally from Nepal, she enjoys hobbies such as yoga, dancing and cooking, which she says help her maintain a healthy and growth mindset. Sandhya enjoys being part of Living Right and making a difference in participants’ lives and helping them achieve their NDIS plan goals. Sandhya speaks English and Nepali.
Faizee Ali
Senior Accounts Officer
Faizee is from the beautiful islands of Fiji and is excited to call Darwin her new home. Faizee brings over 10 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, with a strong background in reservations and finance where she developed her love for people and numbers. After working with renowned global brands such as Marriott International and IHG Hotels & Resorts, she is ingrained with consistency, high-quality and service excellence. Faizee takes great joy in assisting NDIS participants with their plan set-ups, provider payments, budget management and NDIS compliance requirements. Faizee is drawn to her work because of her desire to be part of a community-focused organisation that makes a real difference in people’s lives. Faizee speaks English, Fiji Hindi, understands Fijian, and loves connecting with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Norie-An Peria
Senior Accounts Officer
Norie completed her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy in the Philippines and moved to Darwin. In the Philippines, Norie worked as an Accounting Assistant and Junior Financial Analyst in the health and corporate sectors. In Australia, she completed a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and worked in early childhood education and health administration in Darwin and Perth. Norie is currently studying a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping to return to and further her accounting career in Australia. Norie is drawn to working at Living Right because of the profound impact it makes on improving the quality of life and achieving the goals of individuals. Norie also loves the problem-solving aspects of accounting and supports with invoice processing, participant and provider enquiries, managing plan set ups and helping participants with monitoring their plan budgets. Norie speaks English and Filipino.
Anh Pham
Accounts Officer
Originally from Vietnam, Anh completed her Bachelor of Business Administration in Vietnam and moved to Australia to undertake her Bachelor of Accounting and graduated in 2025. Anh completed her accounting internship in Darwin and worked at an accounting firm before joining Living Right. At Living Right, Anh is an email triage master. She sorts and prioritises emails for the different plan management teams. Anh is also extremely tech savvy and efficient with systems. Anh uses automation functions to ensure NDIS participant invoices are processed accurately and efficiently. Anh has an eye for detail which is essential when working with huge volumes of transactions and financial accuracy is a must. Anh is friendly, organised, and enjoys teamwork. She enjoys supporting NDIS participants and making their service experience both smooth and positive. Anh speaks English and Vietnamese.
